My contact details can be found in the box on the bottom-right of every webpage.
The most efficient contact method is via an email enquiry describing the work you would like carried-out or the problem you have. This should give me a clear idea of the nature of the job and what is involved.
I can then contact you via return email or telephone as appropriate with a better informed response.
A land-line telephone number is preferred as this is low/zero cost for me to contact you.
There is an answerphone on my land-line if no-one is available to take your call.
I usually try to be in the office between 7pm and 8pm each evening and this is when I am likely to make most calls to clients as it is often the most mutually convenient time.
My mobile is not always on or may not be answered when I am working as I am unable to deal with calls and take messages whilst simultaneously trying to tile a wall or paint a ceiling! Also I still get nuisance and junk calls which are an irritating interruption when trying to complete a job. Therefore the mobile is not the best method of contact for me.
